Sony SmartWatch 2: Getting Launched on September 9th 2013


A wellknown retailer from UK Clove mentioned in its post that Sony SmartWatch is getting released on 9th of September this year. Earlier, 15th july was the expected date for the release of this Hi-Tech watch but for some reasons got delayed.

This watch is an IP57 water certified, that means it can stay intact within 1 meter underwater for 30 minutes. It has got all the protective features that Sony Xperia Z and Sony Xperia Z Ultra is loaded with. It is also equipped with a support for more than 200 apps and an access to developers to generate more open APIs. It is compatible with all Android device with running on Android 4.0 or higher versions using latest NFC connectivity feature.

Sony announced this watch as an All-In-One multifunctional device supporting various Android apps and phone remote control, notifiers, messages, calls, Facebook/Twitter, weather, calendar, digital media player and more. This ideal device will feature an aluminium body alongwith a stainless steel wristband and a micro USB port for charging. This updated watch will have a screen resolution of 220 x 170 pixels on a 1.6 inch screen providing a better view even in a broad daylight.

This is a great step in what we know today as innovation. This spectacular next version of SmartWatch is expected to have price around £ 120 ($ 181 USD) as its initial market value.
