Apple Launches It's Latest Enterprise Support Plan

It's been just four months, the two tech giants: Apple & IBM announced their amalgamation for IBM's Big Data Analytics to be used with iPhone & iPad. Now, Apple has launched a new support enterprise to assist both the companies.



The new support enterprise is known as "AppleCare for Enterprise". Apple will provide an assistance via AppleCare Account Manager for the support of lost and damaged iPhones and iPads. Apple further announced that it would the replace the device within single business day in most cases.

All the IT – level support will be provided by Apple possibly seeking the assistance from IBM, even in cases where the involved product is IBM MobileFirst for iOS app. The AppleCare Enterprise site also stated that "We'll provide support for complex deployment and integration scenarios, including MDM and active directory, And if you need help with IBM MobileFirst for iOS apps, we'll help troubleshoot your solution and work with IBM to get your issue resolved.".

As per the Alliance, IBM has pledged to create more than 100 native iOS apps which are probably industry – specific and the collection is to known as "IBM MobileFirst for iOS".
