New Curvy Design

These new iPhones possesses a new and a better look compared to their previous versions. Rounded from the sides, bigger and easier to hold. iPhone 6 is 6.9 mm thick, while the thickness of iPhone 6 Plus is 7.1 mm. The body of both the devices is thinner and lighter than iPhone 5.

The measure of iPhone 6 is 5.44 x 2.64 x 0.27 inches (138.1 x 67 x 6.9mm) weighing 4.55 ounces i.e., 129 gm, just a proportional increase.

iPhone 6 Plus measures around 6.22 x 3.06 x 0.34 inches (158.1 x 77.8 x 7.1mm) weighing just 6.07 ounces i.e., 172 gm.

A Larger Display

Bigger-Apple-iPhone-6

iPhone 6 comes-up with a retina HD display with a resolution that is twice the resolution of iPhone 5. iPhone 6 holds a resolution of 1334 x 750 (326 pixels per inch), and iPhone 6 Plus has a resolution of 1920 x 1080. iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus consists of 2 million and 3 million pixels respectively.

No Sapphire Crystal Glass

Sapphire Crystal Glass

It was the biggest disappointment and shock for Apple fans as the much hyped Sapphire Crystal glass was missing from the event. Though Apple mentioned about the new "Ion-strengthened glass", but their was no talk of Sapphire glass even within the official specs.

Enhanced 8-megapixel Camera

The Camera is much improved with twice faster auto-focus, high-end improved sensor, Color changing True Tone flash depending on the surrounding and the panaromic images can go upto 43 megapixels in size. iPhone 6 plus has an extra feature of optical image stabilization.

iPhone-6-8-Megapixel-Lense

The front facing camera is still a disappointment as both iPhone 6 and 6 Plus have same 1.2 megapixel front camera providing better face detection and burst mode feature for better selfies.

Video recording is also slightly disappointing as both the iPhones are capable of 1080 pixel video recording at speed of 30 frames per second, 60fps and 120-240fps in slow-motion. It's lacking 4k video recording in the chart as its competitors such as Samsung, LG and Motorola has already served smartphones with 4k video recording.

Introducing NFC (Near-field communication)

iPhone-6-NFC-Feature

Apple has included an NFC feature in its iPhone 6 and 6 Plus, that can allow users to do payments of low priced products directly from the device.

Long-Lasting Battery

It has got a new and improved battery with 11 hours of Wifi browsing and video watching, while iPhone 6 Plus has 14 hours of Wifi browsing and video watching.

64 Bit A8 Chip

Apple-64-Bit-A8-Chip

Both the iPhones consists of Apple's new A8 chip, built using 2nm fabrication process and has 2 billion transistors which is double than the first generation A7 chip. The company has provided no differentiation between the performances of both the iPhones.

New M8 Co-Processor

There's a new M8 co-processor chip alongside the primary chip to measure the continous motion data without shedding the battery life. As the company announced, the new M8 co-processor is designed for fitness and motion activities, it also includes a new sensor called "Barometer" for measuring the force of air pressure.

LTE for Faster Networking

Both the iPhones has an impeccable 150 Mbps capable LTE, and arguably compatible with around 20 LTE bands at a time. This feature can allow iPhones to work with 4G technology almost anywhere in the world. They will also have a support for VoLTE (Voice over LTE) for providing high-quality voice calls. They also offer an 802.11ac WiFi connectivity similar to iPhone 5S.

Memory Capacity

Finally Apple has provided 128GB solid state memory in both the iPhones, but still there's no place for card slots. The memory ranges from 16/64 and 128GB ditching the 32GB version out.

Amazing iOS 8

Apple-iOS-8

Not just iPhone 6, but the device has the most advanced operating system that can let you do things that no one can ever imagine. Now you can control your home devices using the SIRI app, manage health & fitness regime. There will be more innovative apps as the developers access deep into the iOS 8.

Leaked Video of iPhone 6 Sapphire Display – "Stab Proof Desire"

Apple has recently bought the Sapphire deal worth $578 in a Mr Burns-esque deal in February month, and it clearly shows that Apple will use it in iPhone 6 display and would be far better improvement than Gorilla Glass.

According to the newly leaked video from Marques Brownlee, the display is of 4.7-inch iPhone 6 going through all sorts of damages done on it.

As in the video you can see him scratching the surface of the display with keys, stabbing it with knife and bending it excessively more than 90 degrees, but acknowledging with no damages.

Apple has also used the sapphire earlier in creating the lens of the camera and also the cover of the fingerprint scanner, but it's the first instance that Apple is using sapphire on a very large scale.

It's expected that the both iPhone 5.5 inch and 4.7 inch will have the sapphire display, and according to the rumors, Apple will launch the most awaited iPhone 6 in mid September 2014.

Apple iWatch : Your Companion to Automate the Home Appliances

The soon to be launched Apple iWatch wouldn't be just a normal smartwatch, but it's also going to be a device that can control all your home appliances.

Last month the electronic giant Samsung launched its Galaxy Gear smartwatch with lots of incredible features, now it's Apple coming-up with iWatch showcasing more advanced features than any other smartwatch currently in the market.

According to Brian White, an analyst from Cantor Fitzgerald, "iWatch isn't just going to be wearable smartwatch with limited features possessed by a smartphone, but it'll also allow the users to automate their home appliances with an ease-of-touch". He also stated that "the upcoming iWatch would be an extension for the iPhone and would be competent to control home appliances such as air-conditioners, heaters, music systems etc".

As per some analysts, the iWatch wouldn't be "relentlessly inefficient", rather it could be really smart and helpful by proving more than a simple extension of a smartphone. Today a wearable smartwatch resembles a luxury accessory and a perfect companion accomodating a stress free life.

"Apple iWatch Will Be Really Smart & Might Outsmart The Galaxy Gear"

iWatch will also possess features and apps that will help in monitoring your health, such as heart rate monitor, pedometer and other biometric features. iWatch is expected to launch during mid 2014 and would be priced somewhere around $150 or $ 225.

Aspiring Expectations Encompassing the New iPhone

Apple is going to launch its new iPhone on Tuesday and as per the people's expectations, the company is also looking to fabricate a smarter iPhone to keep ahead against all its competitors. What one can expect apart from sleek & simple design, easy user-interface and tidy app environment from the next iPhone.

Phones running on Android operating system have gained a tremendous amount of popularity and specifically Samsung. Some of the valiant features of Android phones include water resistency, under-water photography and many other. iPhone is still missing the "Wow" factor that the people are expecting since a long time.

Market for smartphones is more competitive now and Apple needs to regain the distance that once it holded above all its competitors. iPhone once was the top selling smartphone, but the market went down after Samsung's Galaxy S series was introduced. The most highly rumored feature in the upcoming iPhone on Tuesday is Finger Scanner. It will be required to register the impression of your finger or thumb to unlock the iPhone.

Other Expected Features:

  • LTE Advanced Technology for Connectivity
  • Bigger Display Screens
  • Faster Processor
  • Enhanced Camera
  • Improved Battery Life

iPhone Tested for Six Inches Screen by Apple

Can you imagine iPhone with screens ranging from 4.8 to as big as 6 inches? Well, Apple has initiated the project to deliver iphones with bigger screens and according to some familiar sources, this could be the largest in the market.

iPhone 5 Parody: A Taller Change

Last year Apple released iPhone 5 with a 4-inch screen and that could be considerable leap to move-up to 4.8 or 6 inch. However it is not yet confirmed that Apple will unveil its multi-sized device alongwith its new lower-cost model which is rumored to be shipped already. People with trusted sources also believe that Apple has indicated plans to move ahead as other major and mediocre companies already have their large screen smartphones in the market.

Most of the component supplier for Apple has confirmed it's involvement in testing large screen iPhones since long time. Large screen iPhone may also allow Apple to address a threat from Samsung who has recently released numerous products in the market with different range of sizes and price. Tim Cook – chief executive of Apple seeks significant oppurtunities in China for the company with large no. of potential buyers of smartphones and as per many analysts the increasing sales in the country could reverse the plunging revenue growth for the company.

According to trusted sources, the upcoming iPhone will also have a new feature, a fingerprint Sensor. Apple is quite confident that customers will like its upcoming cheapest smartphone and has also indicated about initiating its trade-in programs in countries such as India and China to encourage the buyers.

iPhone 5S Gold: Real Or Rumour?

It has been rumoured this time that Apple is planning to come-up with an idea of a gold iPhone 5S but some Apple fans finds it impossible to believe and simply termed it as another hyped rumour. Let's find out the real behind the rumour.

Though an idea of iPhone 5S with a glittering gold color seems to be impossible to believe, but according to some trusted sources including TechCrunch have confirmed the news that gold will be indeed among the chosen colors for the upcoming handset. There were even some leaked photos of iPhone 5S in gold color and later MG Siegler of TechCrunch confirmed that Apple is planning to come-up with a Gold iPhone 5S.

Rene Ritchie of iMore has also confirmed after checking his own trusted sources that this really appears to be real. According to him, the gold casing seems to be very gaudy or tacky and can be stylish into coming years.

According to the sources of Sieglar, the iPhone 5S is not going to be completely made of gold, but it will have a color that is possibly similar to gold. It was noted that gold is in good demand in markets of China and India, so offering an iPhone 5S in gold color can also boom-up the sales in such markets.

Rumours have already begun to outspread of what Apple may have planned to encircle for the next iPhone that is expected to launch within the second week of September 2013. For iPhone 5S - according to MacRumors a Japanese retailer has posted some pictures portraying iPhone trays with two more colors much like bronze/gold & Gray providing a hint that Apple may come-up with two more colors or the trays could be manufactured by third party vendor.
